MY WHY

I know exactly what it feels like to sweat, tremble and black out when trying to speak before a group of people. Those issues plagued me for years.

Whenever I'd try to articulate my ideas, I'd get caught up in thinking about how I wanted people to like me and I didn’t want them to find me inadequate.

That italicized sentence above unconsciously ruled my life and checkered most of my interactions. Instead of presenting a message, I was constrained by fear.

These days, I operate from a new perspective. I’ve been blessed with a series of professional experiences that broke me from my old pattern. Now, I get the privilege of helping others to do the same and I’m very grateful for it.
